Shoulder are not a very stable joint in terms of boney support. So what makes a strong and stable shoulder? The muscles, you hear Arnold say. So you have 3 areas of importance that need to be worked on: A. Stable deep shoulder muscles (a.k.a the rotator cuffs), B. strong scapular (shoulder blade) muscles, and C. superficial muscles like the deltoids and trapezius muscles. Most people that have shoulder pain typically have either A. or B. above as an issue. Both of these are quite a simple fix and will have you back to fishing, knitting, crossfitting or skinning buffalo in no time. Or even just back to a pain free day of work or at home - something that makes quite a difference if you’ve struggled with this for long enough!
